How to select the right venue for your event?

Selecting the correct venue for your event is more than just ensuring that it holds the capacity for your desired number of attendees. Being in the event technology industry or as many of you may know it as the audio visual industry, for the past 19 years; we know exactly what you need to ask or look for when selecting a venue for your event. 

You know the theme of your event but you aren't sure about your audio visual production needs? Will the venue selected be able to cater to proper internet connection, efficient lighting, provide accurate room layout for seating and viewing of your event and is the production quality on par with the AV costs?

An important information that event planners, communications personals or those planning an event may not know is that no venue can enforce you to pay a fee for not using their in house AV company. If you have a AV (Audio Visual) company that you enjoy working with and their quality of service benefits your organization, you have the right to get that fee waved off.
